Reliance Industries: The company will announce its Q2 numbers today.

NBCC: The government will sell 15% stake in construction company NBCC at a floor price of Rs 246.50 a share on Thursday, which is expected to fetch around Rs 2,200 crore.

Suzlon: Suzlon announced a joint venture with Canadian Solar for developing two solar projects of 15MW each in Telangana.

Hindustan Zinc: Hindustan Zinc reported a 15% dip in net profit during the second quarter ended September 30, 2016 at Rs 1,902 crore on higher depreciation charges.

Tata Coffee Ltd: Tata Coffee reported 62% increase in its consolidated net profit at Rs 44.7 crore for the quarter ended September 30.

Yes Bank: The bank will announce its Q2 numbers today.

KPIT Technologies: The company has posted a net profit after tax, minority interest and share of profit of associates of Rs 56 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 as compared to Rs 74 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.

Bharti Airtel: The company has introduced offers that allow consumers to avail mobile data for as low as Rs 26 per gigabyte.

Quess Corp: Quess Corp said it has entered into agreements to acquire stakes in Singapore-based Comtel Solutions and two domestic firms - Terrier Security Services and Simpliance Technologies - for undisclosed sums.

Sun Pharma: Sun Pharma announced a new collaboration with International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB) for development of dengue vaccine targeted against all four serotypes of the virus.

Bayer CropScience Ltd: Bayer reported a marginal increase of 2% in net profit at Rs 159 crore for the quarter ended September 30, on higher sales.

RBL Bank: RBL Bank registered its net profit grow by over a third to Rs 89.89 crore in Q2 FY17. Net interest income for the quarter was Rs 302.94 crore, an increase of 60%.

Piramal Enterprises: The pharma company is planning to more than double revenue of its over-the-counter pharmaceutical business to Rs 1,000 crore by 2020 as it expects to benefit from the changing demography of India where rising disposable income and growing health consciousness is set to increase consumer spending on healthcare, as per media report.

NIIT: NIIT reported a 3.8% YoY rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 21.6 crore for the quarter ended September 30. The company had reported a net profit of Rs 20.80 crore in the same quarter last year.

Ashoka Buildcon: The company said it has received letters of Intent from Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (DVVNL) to execute a Rural Electricification Project worth Rs 178.6 crore.

ABC Bearings Ltd: ABC Bearings Ltd September quarter net profit rose to Rs 14.5 million compared with Rs 6.2 million year ago period.

Dredging Corporation of India: The company will offer for sale 70,000 equity shares to eligible employees between October 31 to November 9.

Aptech: The company reported consolidated net profit of Rs 7 crore for the quarter ended September 30 compared with 0.46 crore reported in the year-ago period.

LIC Housing Finance: The company will announce its Q2 numbers today.

Unitech: The Supreme Court directed Unitech to refund the principal cost of flats to 39 buyers who had booked apartments in a Gurgaon project seven years back and have still not got possession of their houses.
