TCS: The IT Company will announce its Q2 numbers today.

IndusInd Bank: IndusInd Bank reported a 26% YoY increse in net profit to Rs 704.26 crore for the quarter ended September 30.

Zee Ent: Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd reached an agreement to buy Reliance Broadcast Networks Ltd, as per media reports.

Cipla: The US Food and Drug Administration has cleared Cipla Ltd’s manufacturing facility at Indore’s special economic zone of manufacturing practice violations that it had observed during an inspection in July-August 2015.

GAIL, IL&FS Engineering and Construction: IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd (IL&FS Engineering Services) has bagged a Rs.162.58 crore pipeline contract in Bihar from GAIL (Gas Authority of India Ltd). 

Sun Pharma: Sun Pharma is recalling 31,762 bottles of bupropion hydrochloride extended-release tablets in the US, used for treatment of major depressive disorder, as per media reports.

KEC International: KEC International has bagged orders worth Rs 1,192 crore, the company said.

Piramal Enterprises: Piramal Enterprises has agreed to acquire five injectable anesthesia and pain management products of Janssen Pharmaceutica for about $175 million or Rs 1,164 crore.

MT Educare: MT Educare Ltd is in talks with private equity firms and structured finance funds to raise as much Rs150 crore, according to two people with direct knowledge of the development, as per media reports.

Bharti Airtel: Moody’s investors service expects Bharti Airtel Ltd to see continued growth despite an increase in competitive intensity.

Cyient: The company will announce its Q2 result today.

Blue Dart: The logistics company reported a 21% decline in its net profit to Rs 42.8 crore for the quarter ended September.

Sagar Cement: Sagar Cements said the firm plans to raise funds to finance the expansion of its grinding unit as well as setting up of a power plant.

GAIL India: GAIL India has placed orders for laying work of a 345-km section of the Jagadishpur-Haldia-Bokaro-Dhamra gas pipeline, helping expedite the Rs 13,000-crore project.

Gruh Finance: Gruh Finance reported 19.9 per cent YoY growth in the net profit for the quarter ended September 30 to Rs 62 crore compared with Rs 51.7 crore reported in the year-ago period.

Dr. Redyy's Laboratories: Dr. Reddy's Lab launched Lamotrigine Orally Disintegrating Tablets in the US market following an approval by the US Food & Drug Administration

BHEL: The company commissioned yet another 660MW coal-based supercritical thermal power unit in Uttar Pradesh. 

Asian Granito India Ltd: The company said it has completed the expansion at Crystal Ceramics Industries Pvt Ltd - a subsidiary of the company. The company has made a total investment of Rs. 170 crore in Crystal Ceramics.
