Sensex up 106 pts, Nifty ends at 7650; Axis Bank down 2%
The market has ended higher after a volatile session. The Sensex wass up 105.92
points at 25150.35 and the Nifty was up 39.60 points at 7650.05.About 1498 shares have advanced, 1141 shares declined, and
210 shares are unchanged.
Hindalco, Coal India, M&M, Maruti Suzuki and Tata
Steel were top gainers while Axis Bank, Tata Motors, Bharti Airte, ONGC and
L&T were top losers in the Sensex.
