- The market has opened higher with support from banks. The
Sensex is up 46.66 points or 0.2 percent at 28389.67, and the Nifty is up 9.70
points or 0.1 percent at 8754.05. About 277 shares have advanced, 80 shares
declined, and 24 shares are unchanged.
- Wipro, Cipla, Asian Paints, ITC and Sun Pharma are top
gainers while ONGC, BHEL, Adani Ports, Tata Steel and Reliance are losers in
the Sensex.

authorisation to operate as a BBPOU have been processed," RBI said in a

- Government concerned over fall in prices of some lentils
The government has fixed the minimum support price (MSP) of moong at Rs 5,225
per quintal for this year. The wholesale prices of moong dal have started
declining sharply these days and at present are ruling at around Rs 5,750 per
quintal.

Dena Bank plans Rs 1,100 cr bonds. The Bank has placed an agenda to board of directors
seeking approval for raising of Basel III compliant Tier ll bonds up to an
amount of Rs 1,100 crore in one or more tranche, in one or more

intraday Tuesday as it has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Mumbai
Aviation Fuel Farm Facility (MAFFFPL) worth of Rs 24.43 crore.

Chair Janet Yellen's comments on rate hikes. The Sensex is up 39.01 points or
0.1 percent at 27821.26, and the Nifty is up 11.20 points or 0.1 percent at
8583.75. About 172 shares have advanced, 93 shares declined, and 17 shares are
unchanged.

Sebi mulling relaxed norms for REITs, InvITs, startups listing. To make domestic capital markets more attractive, regulator
Sebi has lined up wide-ranging relaxations to its norms for REITs and InvITs
and an easier set of listing rules for startups. Several attempts are being
made to garner due attention from business houses in the country but all the
efforts failed leading to Sebi reconsidering the proposal to give further
relaxations.

for five years and more and their delisting would take place in a phased

Sebi confirms ban on 11 entities in tax evasion case. The Securities and Exchange Board of India
(Sebi), via an interim order dated June 1, this year had prohibited 76 entities,
including the aforesaid 11, from the securities market for suspected money
laundering and tax evasion activities.
